Berkshire Youth encourages all of its members and clubs to undertake training that promotes good practise in the youth club environment. To help promote this we ask that every club has thought through the process and, as part of the affiliation to Berkshire Youth, we ask that all clubs have policies available to leaders and members, these include:

We are promoting a club mark scheme for youth clubs in Berkshire through the Knight Kavanagh and Page on behalf of Sport England and The Centre of Excellence for Volunteering . We can also offer Ambition Quality at a cost which is delivered on behalf of Ambition who are the National umbrella organisation for Youth club support.
